Owner
Tom Holmes is the founder and owner of H&H Fire Protection LLC and has spent over 28 years in the fire protection industry supporting the design, inspection, service, and maintenance of fire and life-safety systems. As a NICET Level IV certified professional, Tom brings advanced technical knowledge, strong field experience, and a steady commitment to quality workmanship and code compliance. Tom leads H&H Fire Protection with a customer-first mindset, working closely with property managers, facility teams, contractors, and building owners to help ensure their systems are reliable, compliant, and ready when it matters most. His hands-on approach and attention to detail help drive consistent results—from routine inspections and preventative maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades. Under Tom’s leadership, H&H Fire Protection has built a reputation throughout Northern Virginia and the DMV for dependable service, clear communication, and practical solutions that support life safety. Tom’s focus is simple: protect people and property by doing the job right, standing behind the work, and delivering a level of service customers can count on.
Aydin Bozkurt
Project Engineer
Aydin Bozkurt is a fire protection professional with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and more than nine years of experience in the fire protection industry. He is NICET certified in Fire Alarm Systems. Since joining H&H Fire Protection in February 2022, Aydin has provided project management services for clients across the DMV area. Aydin helps with all of the following: system design, coordinating fire protection inspections, and managing projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, NFPA standards, and client requirements. Aydin is committed to delivering dependable, high-quality fire protection solutions that support life safety and overall project success.

Russell Koger is a NICET-certified fire protection professional with more than 22 years of industry experience. As one of H&H Fire Protection’s first employees, Russell played a key role in helping build the company’s foundation and reputation for dependable service. He brings strong technical knowledge, a solutions-focused mindset, and pride in delivering quality workmanship—supporting customers with reliable inspections, service, and clear communication.
